Making an Appointment
Scheduling your initial dental examination is a breeze. You can either give us a call at 941-351-5777, or use our online appointment scheduler to pick a date and time that works for you. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask that you do so at least 24 hours in advance so that we can accommodate other patients who may need our services. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional care and making your dental experience as stress-free as possible.
First Visit
When you arrive for your appointment, we will verify your insurance information, if applicable, and provide you with any necessary new patient forms to complete. If you prefer, you can save time by filling out the new patient forms online before you arrive. Simply click on the link provided in your Forms area below. Our dental assistant will then take digital x-rays and the doctor will provide a full examination and treatment plan addressing all your dental and emotional needs. Cleanings will be scheduled shortly after your initial exam.
Fly In For Surgery
We extend our services to patients who come from out of town for sedation dentistry. We understand that traveling for can be challenging, so we are pleased to offer assistance in arranging local transportation and accommodations. For the convenience of those who are unable to visit the office in person, we offer complimentary virtual consultations through Skype. Regardless of where you reside, we invite you to experience our exceptional care and beautiful surroundings in Sarasota.
